Dear Galeton Area Chamber of Commerce Members:

 

The Galeton Area Chamber of Commerce is implementing a plan in an effort to better

Promote Galeton and its business members and ask that you print and display the attached

Poster prominently in your window ASAP through July 4th advertising the ticket sales in

The park.

 

Our goal is to raise enough money to support our activities throughout the year, thereby

Bringing more attention to Galeton and its community members.  Our immediate goal is

To raise enough funds to support the upcoming Gale Fest and have additional funds to

Start a second raffle.

 

Our goal is to hold three (3) raffles annually with prizes awarded at these events: Red

Suspender Weekend, Gale Fest and Christmas in a Small Town.  This will allow ample

Time to sell the tickets prior to each event.

 

We are putting together a Raffle Sales team to sell the raffle tickets at the July 4th Red

Suspender weekend event in the park and hope that you can provide an hour of your

Valuable time to help us.  With your support, hopefully we will sell out that day!

 

After the July 4th event, raffle tickets not sold will be distributed to Chamber member

Businesses for sale with a new flyer to display announcing the raffle sales.  The raffles

Will be distributed using a raffle envelope to track sales and money.  We will advertise

The raffle with local media, including the names of all businesses that have agreed to sell

the raffle tickets.
